Our Client are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in BMS systems , ideally within data center environments , to lead a landmark new build. This is a rare career-defining opportunity.
You’ll take the helm on a large-scale, confidential data center project in Texas (near Dallas), spearheaded by a prominent New York-based organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading all aspects of the BMS scope for a ground-up, high-profile data center build
- Managing solutions around HVAC and power systems , with Honeywell and Niagara platforms
- Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders across states
- Serving on-site in Texas Monday through Friday
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing BMS projects end-to-end , ideally in mission-critical environments like data centers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to be on-site in Texas during the work week
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
