What You’ll Do:
· Lead turnkey cleanroom and controlled environment projects from start to finish
· Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews on-site
· Keep everything aligned — from ISO classifications to airflow, finishes, and pressurization
· Track budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks with laser focus
· Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams
· Solve problems on the fly with a cool head and a clear plan
· Ensure all systems meet strict compliance and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For:
· 5+ years in commercial construction project management
· Must have experience with cleanrooms, technical facilities, or other precision builds
· Strong understanding of ISO cleanroom standards, gowning procedures, HVAC/MEP integration
· Confident communicator and leader — on-site and in the boardroom
· Detail-oriented with strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation chops
· Able to travel to project sites as needed (minimal, typically regional)
