Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of a mixed use campus consisting of office and retail properties
Perform routine inspections to identify and prevent issues
Act as liaison between tenants and maintenance to resolve issues and perform repairs in a timely manner
Conduct competitive bidding for service contracts and other required services
Assist tenants with move in and move out procedures
Monitor lease expirations and coordinate with the leasing team to optimize tenant retention
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Provide sales tracking for retail tenants
Assist with the annual budget and periodic financial reporting
Interface extensively with tenants and coordinate property events

Requirements

Experience in commercial real estate property management
Minimum of 2 years experience managing retail and office properties
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast paced environment
Possess strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi
