Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in marketing and proposal development within a professional services field
• Proven experience in marketing proposal creation
• Strong understanding of Business and Marketing strategies and leading practices
• Proficient with marketing-related software programs
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe, marketing computer software, Dropbox, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords, Canva, etc.)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Specialist to lead the development of tailored proposals and provide comprehensive support for the momentum of an agile Business Development team. This role focuses on crafting compelling materials that effectively communicate Apex’s unique solutions and capabilities while addressing complex program requirements. Working closely with the Business Development and Marketing team, the Proposal Specialist will utilize provided assets, graphics, and branding guidelines to create high-quality proposals and materials. Additionally, this role emphasizes market and industry research to support the Business Development
Compensation:
$70k/yr to $90k/yr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
