A Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Outpatient is needed if Fort Myers, FL.

This position is with a non-profit mental health and substance abuse service provider in Southwest Florida, committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care. With six locations, they offer affordable services to patients regardless of disability or handicap, with accommodations provided upon request.

Salary and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $117,000 - $139,000
• Relocation Package: $5,000 (Payable on the first check)

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Scheduling for Crisis Unit
• Monday - Friday for Outpatient and Medication Management
• Outpatient, Medication Management, and Crisis Unit Positions Available
• No nights, on-call, or weekends
• Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan

Requirements:

• Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Florida
• 1 Years of Experience Required
• DEA and/or X Waiver (Data 2000) Required for Medication Management
• Experience working with patients of all ages
