Your Responsibilities

✅  Educate & Train

• Deliver engaging product education to  Sephora team members .
• Keep staff informed on  new launches, key ingredients, and Skinfix’s dermatological credibility.

✅  Drive Sales & Engagement

• Engage customers in meaningful  skincare consultations .
• Offer  personalized product recommendations based on skincare concerns.
• Ensure  Skinfix products are visibly merchandised and well-stocked.

✅  Be a Brand Advocate

• Build relationships with Sephora teams to become their  go-to Skinfix expert.
• Participate in  in-store activations, sampling events, and product demonstrations.
• Report  key insights on trends, feedback, and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

✔️  Sephora experience is required (sales, education, or skincare specialist roles).

✔️  Passion for skincare and the ability to  educate others in an engaging way.

✔️  Strong communication skills and confidence in approaching customers.

✔️  Ability to work flexible, part-time hours (including some weekends).
