- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform purchasing decisions.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer preferences and demand.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new product offerings, and supplier capabilities.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure transparent and timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain update purchasing and logistics records up to date.
- Other Purchasing and Logistics related tasks will be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have strong work ethic and be punctual.
- Good level of organizational skills.
- Be detailed and task oriented.
- Can multi-task and work quickly to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and positive attitude.
- Must be bilingual in English and Korean.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience handling logistics, a plus.
- Prior experience with ERP, demand forecasting, and/or TMS, a plus.
- Prior experience in purchasing in fashion-related industry, a plus.
SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - $55,000
