About the Role:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our client's QA initiatives at the Carrollton, TX facility, focusing on refrigerated dough products. This role is integral to ensuring product quality, food safety, and sanitation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with manufacturing management to improve and expand quality assurance procedures.
- Manage day-to-day quality assurance of food products produced and shipped.
- Establish and maintain all Quality Systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP and GMP.
- Implement and manage internal Quality Audit procedures and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with GFSI (BRC or SQF) standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000 plus 15% annual performance-based bonus.
