Job Title : Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst (US Citizens Only)

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications and systems.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify and resolve defects.
Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Document and report bugs, track their resolution, and perform re-tests.
Participate in sprint planning and provide input on testing strategies and timelines.
Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software stability and performance.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems.
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
