CANDIDATE MUST BE ITAR COMPLIANT AND HAVE PROPER ITAR DOCUMENTATION FOR INTERVIEWS.
**DURING INTERVIEW PROCESS, THERE WILL BE A PRINT READING ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE YOUR ABILITY TO INTERPRET PRINTS.**

Description:
The Quality Inspector performs a variety of quality audits on products in production for assigned process areas. The candidate will use gages, microscopes and/or vision system and refers to blueprints to perform audit function. Results of final inspections are documented on required forms.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections on vendor supplied material
• Use standard inspection equipment including vision systems, calipers, micrometers, go/no go gages, pin gages, ectc
• Establish daily priorities and determine the most important tasks to perform at any given time of the day
• Use various software applications including Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Ability to send and receive data instructions via E-mail using the above applications
• Communicate the results of inspections to Engineering, Inspection and Management
• Use ERP system (SAP) in order to accept or reject material based on inspection results
Qualifications:
• Ability to read blueprints
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Prior inspection experience preferred
• Knowledge of FAI’s preferred
• Prior Quality inspection experience of 2+ year preferred.
