React JS/React Native Lead (Remote) Cognizant's Digital Engineering Our practice is seeking a highly qualified React JS / React Native Lead with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our developers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we're doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.
Location: Atlanta - GA, Various or Remote
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Responsibilities and Qualifications •With 8 to 12 years of experience.
•Technical Skills: React JS, React Native, Node JS.
•Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
•Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
•Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
•Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
•Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 8/02/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $141K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
