The team is looking to bring on additional Analyst/Associate level Asset Management talent to help support the high volume of deal activity and success they have had. Responsibilities:
- Support the portfolio of a high volume of complex real estate loans.
- Work collaboratively with investment teams, property managers, and other internal teams.
- Review loan agreements and monitor covenants.
- Analyze property and portfolio level financials.
- Prepare and maintain financial projections.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in asset management (debt or equity)
- Exposure to multifamily OR office assets
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university and in good academic standing
- Strong verbal, communication, presentation skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, and team player
