A well-established and growing law firm in the Lehigh Valley region is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to work on sophisticated real estate matters, collaborate with experienced mentors, and grow into a leadership role within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will handle or support matters involving:
- Commercial real estate acquisitions and sales
- Land use, zoning, and development representation
- Commercial leasing (drafting, negotiating, reviewing)
- Real estate–related tax assessments / exemption matters
- Eminent domain or infrastructure-related issues
- Managing multiple matters independently under deadlines
- Communicating effectively with developers, property owners, and business clients
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or land use
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (NJ Bar is a plus)
- Experience with leasing, zoning, land use planning, development projects, or real estate transactions
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and work independently
- Experience working with developers, owners, businesses, or municipalities is a plus
