Job Overview:
Our staffing agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Conduct video, phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and negotiating job offers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
