Key Responsibilities:
Manage refrigeration/ice system projects
Design components and system controls
Build and test prototypes
Support manufacturing and quality improvement
Develop specs, FMEAs, and test procedures
Stay current with industry trends
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering
5+ years in refrigeration/ice system design
Strong in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Familiar with ASHRAE, EPA standards
Pass background and drug screening
Preferred:
Commercial refrigeration/ice machine experience
Knowledge of ammonia/CO₂ systems and energy-efficient design
Work Environment:
50% office / 50% hands-on shop work
Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts
