Registered Nurse – Burn & Trauma Critical Care Nurse

Qualifications:

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience in trauma or burn ICU care.
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.
Experience in wound care, fluid resuscitation, and pain management for burn patients.
Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.

Duties:

Provide intensive nursing care to adult patients with severe burns and traumatic injuries.
Administer fluid resuscitation, pain control, and wound management treatments.
Assist in debridement, skin grafting procedures, and infection control.
Monitor and manage ventilators and hemodynamic instability in trauma patients.
Collaborate with plastic surgeons, trauma specialists, and physical therapists.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and long-term recovery plans.
Maintain compliance with burn center protocols and trauma care guidelines.
