Our Client, a National CPA Firm, is adding a Client Accounting Manager to their team.
In this position, the ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling and managing client accounting delivered by staff
- Financial reporting for clients
- Function as outsourced Controller to clients
- Budgeting and Forecasting for clients
- Accounts Payable and Bill payments for clients
- Mentor, Coach, and Manage staff
- Expert consultation and Advisory Services to Clientele
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, cash basis/Income tax, or other Basis of Accounting is compliant
The position Requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license or similar accreditation (required)
- 5+ years of recent work experience as an outsourced accountant (preferred) or auditor for a public accounting firm
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (required) and Sage Intacct accounting system (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience supervising, managing teams, and mentoring staff
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, organization, and analytical skills
