Remote Recruiter (Must be local to NE OH) Length: 3 months
Hours: M-F, 8-5
Location: 3 days in Akron, OH
Pay: $30-$40/hourly
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for a remote recruiter for our Akron Client! In this role you will source candidates, guide new hire onboarding, and provide general human resources support. Please see the details below and apply if interested!
Responsibilities: o Source, screen, and interview candidates for call center positions.
o Conduct reference checks and coordinate job offers.
o Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
o Guide new hires through the onboarding process.
o Coordinate orientation sessions.
o Assist with paperwork, benefits enrollment, and compliance requirements.
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and/or in role experience preferred.
