About the Role - An SEC registered, multifamily office seeks a research analyst intern to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina for the summer. The Analyst will provide research support across the firm’s investment products and strategies, with the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform due diligence on current and prospective portfolio positions
- Emphasis will be on conducting financial analyses, primary research on companies and industries, preparing valuation models and monitoring existing investments
- In addition to performing equity research, the analyst will assist in providing research and due diligence to support the team on direct private investment deals
Qualifications - A current undergraduate (sophomore/junior/senior/) or graduate student with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and quantitative skills
- Passion for investing, innate curiosity and desire to learn
- Hardworking with good attitude, open to constructive feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
