Hiring PART TIME User Research Moderators to join a dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ!
This is an electronic device research study from 10/27 - end of January.
PART TIME ONLY: 6 hours per day, 4 days (24 hours total).
*day shifts will only be between Monday to Thursday, must commit to the full 24 hour schedule. Address: Phoenix, AZ 85027
Overview: Insight Global is seeking a User Research Moderator to support a wearable consumer device study part time Monday to Friday 24 hours a week (6 hours a day for 4 days). The moderator will facilitate participant flow, ensure smooth session logistics, and assist with documentation and data quality. Each moderator will administering a mini survey to participants every 10 minutes. You'll have to be detail oriented while asking questions, recording data and using a stopwatch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing equipment and materials for standardized tests
• Guide participants through study procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of instructions.
• Troubleshoot session logistics and equipment setup as needed to maintain timing and protocol adherence.
• Accurately document participant attendance and session timing; support study managers in entering results
• Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality standards throughout all interactions. • Communicate effectively with study staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
