Antibody Design Labs , a rapidly expanding life sciences company specializing in recombinant antibodies,

including discovery, generation, and engineering, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to

join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our service and product portfolio and

contributing to the development of innovative antibody discovery technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in research projects related to antibody discovery and engineering, with emphasis on library screening and sequence analysis.
Design primers, perform PCR, and conduct molecular cloning and mutagenesis.
Maintain detailed laboratory notes, generate comprehensive project reports, follow, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Engage in quality control tasks, including testing, documentation, and compliance checks, to ensure on-time product release.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated efficiency in multitasking.
Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize and solve problems.
Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline.
A minimum of one year of practical, hands-on experience in a wet laboratory setting, specifically in molecular biology and recombinant DNA technologies (excluding teaching courses).
