Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee residents' physical care, behavior management, and development of positive habits and attitudes.
- Assist in meeting service plan goals and maintain supervision of assigned residents.
- Ensure accurate documentation and perform required testing.
- Attend mandated training and fulfill other assigned duties.
- Ability to support constructive resident-family interactions and resident involvement in community activities.
Qualifications
- bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Desired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services preferred.
- Possess the temperament to work with and care for individuals, some with special needs in multiple age ranges.
- Understanding of organization's mission and values.
- Ability to maintain safety, structure, and program integrity.
- Valid driver’s license meeting insurance guidelines.
