What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with a company that values honesty, quality, and craftsmanship , not just sales numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (A/Cs, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.)
- Perform high-quality equipment installations according to code
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
- Accurately document work performed
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation (light schedule)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred (will consider less for the right person)
- Valid EPA certification
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay: $28.56 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
