You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of P&L management experience in the restaurant industry
- Leadership and people management chops — you build, coach, and grow strong teams
- Bonus if you’re a Culinary or Food Service Management program grad or ServSafe certified
- A team-first mindset, solid judgment, and a love for solving challenges on the fly
