Mayker is looking for a dependable, detail-loving Retail Client Associate to help bring warmth, order, and thoughtful service to our Germantown storefront.
This is a part-time, solo-in-shop role ideal for someone who’s equally energized by design, independent work, and excellent hospitality. You’ll be the face of our retail experience—greeting guests, fulfilling orders, curating product presentation, and owning key backend operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate independently in the shop, delivering warm, attentive service to every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned retail space
- Manage in-store product tagging, floor replenishment, and store upkeep
- Lead our brand gifting services—from packaging to fulfillment with care
- Fulfill orders and update product details in Shopify

What To Know
- This is an hourly position starting at $18–20/hr, with bonuses available for meeting monthly sales goals
- The shop is open Thursday–Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required.
- You’ll often be the only person in the shop, so confidence in solo work and strong communication is essential
- While the store sees low-to-moderate foot traffic, there’s always backend work to own—so we’re looking for someone who loves staying productive, even when it’s quiet
