About the Position

Position Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in customer experience.
2. Develop and implement operational processes to enhance store productivity and profitability.
3. Ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are consistently met across all locations.
4. Lead the planning and execution of new store openings, including store setup and operational readiness.
5. Develop and document SOPs to streamline store workflows, inventory management, and staffing models.
6. Partner with technology teams to enhance POS systems, omnichannel integration, and in-store digital experiences.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in retail operations and store planning in the Furniture/Home Décor/Lifestyle industry.
2. Experience leading new store openings, market expansions, or store remodels.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
4. Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
5. Knowledge of POS systems, retail technology, and omnichannel strategies is a plus.
6. Ability to travel as needed for store openings and operational support.
