Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities and Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers
- Greet all customers warmly
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable answers about the brands we carry. The sales associate will learn about the stories, processes, and materials of each partner brand and must acquire this foundational knowledge before their first day.
- Communicate with our various partner brands as their point of contact
- Use the register/point of sales system
- Assist with receiving and processing inventory
- Assist with timely replenishment on the sales floor and proper item placement
- Proactively maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient store environment
Qualifications: - Education - High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of prior experience in a sales environment
- Ability to safely climb a ladder and push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move around the store for the duration of your shift
- Strong passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional experiences
- Genuine interest in sustainable and ethical products and support for small businesses
- Proactive and ambitious thinking
- Adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Team player mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Schedule:
- Part-Time Sales Associates should anticipate working up to 30 hours per week, based on business needs, with a minimum shift length of 4 hours.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Hours may increase during peak periods to meet business demands.
