Successful and Growing Boutique Independent Wealth Management Firm seeks a Retirement Plan Advisor to serve as a Servicing Advisor for a growing book of business, including 401(k), 403(b), ERISA-governed plans, and other relevant plans.
The Firm offers comprehensive investment management and financial planning for high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele and fosters a collegial culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years client-facing Retirement Plan Advisory experience, leading relationships
- Expertise with 401(k), 403(b), and ERISA plans
- Industry designations preferred (AIF®, CFP®, or similar)
- Drive to continuously improve and grow in a collaborative team based environment
