Revenue Compliance Manager Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Revenue Recognition function under ASC 606, including developing processes and writing memos
- Develop controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and develop a team, providing clear objectives and feedback for growth.
- Oversee reconciliations and reporting related to revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
- Manage submissions of reports and audits, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Revenue Compliance Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA preferred.
- Experience with a Big 4 Public Accounting firm is highly preferred
- 8+ years of relevant accounting experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP systems in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Experience in contract-based financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
