Job Description
Graitec is looking for a Revit & BIM Specialist to support the StrucSoft product line. This role blends technical expertise with customer engagement, focusing on pre-sales, post-sales, and product development .
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support:
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers and prospects.
- Understand customer workflows and provide tailored technical proposals.
- Offer expert guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support solution adoption.
Post-Sales Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful product implementation.
- Provide technical consultancy and ongoing support to customers.
- Assist clients in optimizing their workflows with StrucSoft solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Product Development & Market Contribution:
- Gather customer feedback to support the development team with new features and improvements.
- Act as the main technical contact for customer requests and product enhancements.
- Create localized training materials, white papers, competitor comparisons, and webinars.
- Work with the regional team to generate case studies and success stories.
Success Indicators
- Work effectively with sales teams to drive awareness and product adoption.
- Help win new business through demonstrations and prospect engagement.
- Support existing customers to maximize their software usage and renew licenses.
- Contribute to marketing efforts through social media or technical blog posts.
- Maintain accurate customer data and support cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM .
- Actively participate in the global StrucSoft Solutions community.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 3 years of Revit drafting experience .
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflow-based software .
- Experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical support is a plus.
- Ability to analyse and document customer workflows and system configurations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
- Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with StrucSoft Solutions .
- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, CRM, or CDE systems .
- Experience using CRM tools like MS Dynamics .
- Confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Additional Requirements
- Driver’s license (as occasional travel may be required).
- Fluent English (required for global collaboration).
