Role: ENGINEERING MANAGER

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (On-site)

As an Engineering Manager, you will work with engineering teams to develop and execute strategic system development programs, focusing on robotics and automation. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions, staying up to date with industry trends, and driving continuous innovation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, and technical leadership to ensure our systems meet both internal and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new technology concepts in robotics, autonomy, robotic perception, and human-robot interaction.
• Lead projects, foster relationships, and drive the development of new robotic systems.
• Provide technical guidance, lead, and manage a team of robotic engineers.
• Actively participate in system design, architecture, and development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external thought leaders to drive new applications.
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams as well as independently.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
