Traditions of America, award-winning home builder of active 55+ communities, is seeking an exceptional Weekend - Part Time Sales Administrator/Greeter for our Brandywine Farms Community. Candidate must be energetic, a fast learner, and possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer knowledge, and customer service skills. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. Hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM during daylight savings time and 9 AM to 5 PM during the winter months Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing administrative and organizational support
• Customer service
• Support for the Sales and Design Team
• Opening and closing the model homes
• Answering telephones
• CRM data entry and reports,
• Interacting with prospective home buyers in the community
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
