Catering Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

Location: San Francisco Bay Area 

Experience: 2+ years in catering/events sales

About Componere Culinary & Events: We're a top-tier catering and event company in the Bay Area. We create amazing food and flawlessly executed events for corporate parties, celebrations, and weddings. Our team includes Michelin-trained chefs, and we focus on fresh, local ingredients and excellent service. We love making unique events and building strong relationships.

Your Role: As a Catering Sales Manager, you'll be key to growing our business. You'll find new clients, build strong relationships, and help plan incredible events from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Find & Win New Business: Reach out to new companies, planners, and individuals. Create winning proposals and close deals to hit your sales goals.
• Be the Client's Go-To Person: Guide clients through the sales and proposal process. Make sure they're happy every step of the way.
• Plan the Details: Work with our chefs and production team.
• Know the Market: Keep up with event trends and what our competitors are doing to help us stay ahead.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in catering, events, or hospitality sales. You've proven you can sell!
• Great Communicator: Excellent at talking, writing, and presenting.
• Organized & Detailed: Able to juggle many events and keep everything precise.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM (like Pipedrive) and catering software.
• Passion for Food & Events: You love what we do!
• Flexible: Events sometimes mean working evenings or weekends.
