Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform to meet business requirements.
Customize Salesforce Health Cloud objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Integration:
Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other healthcare applications.
Data Management:
Implement and manage data models and data migration strategies for Salesforce Health Cloud.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
Technical Support & Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Salesforce Health Cloud applications.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with business stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other Salesforce developers, administrators, and IT staff to ensure cohesive integration and functionality.
Documentation & Training:
Document technical designs, solutions, configurations, and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users and other developers on Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and understanding of its features and functionalities.
Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient management, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop efficient solutions.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders and team members.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
