Title: SAP Analyst (Business Operations Specialist 3)
Location : Morton, IL (100% Onsite)
Length : 24-month contract with potential to extend or convert to Direct Hire
Rate : ~$35/hr W2 + Benefits | $38/hr C2C
We're hiring a Business Operations Specialist to join a fast-moving team focused on compliance, data integrity, and system process improvements. This is a fully onsite opportunity in Morton, IL — open to candidates willing to relocate at their own expense.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Own SAP audit processes across multiple systems
- Enter and maintain export compliance data (ECCNs, ECNs, ML classifications)
- Lead/support cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Create and maintain SOPs and standard work documentation
- Gather business requirements and write functional documentation
- Test and support system upgrades and implementations
- Present to leadership and collaborate with internal partners
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years without a degree
- Strong SAP experience (SAP GTS preferred but not required)
- Background in compliance or auditing within SAP systems
- Root Cause Analysis and process ownership experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
- Six Sigma experience or certification is a plus
- SQL or Snowflake knowledge helpful but not required
