Job Description

Scrum Master - W2 Contract - Hybrid Onsite in NYC

Experience required :

• Heavy trading experience + capital markets experience coming from financial clients (Fixed Income, Rates, Derivative Trading)
• Derivative Trading is the most important aspect

Need to be the person facilitating the conversations, not the middle man owning the project.

Heavy experience managing in agile environments (Scaled Agile is must)

Heavy front office derivative trading work but wants someone that understands back office as well

Financial Services experience

Scaled Agile is a MUST
