Our client, a high-end bridal store, is seeking an Alterations Specialist to oversee and supervise the alterations team to ensure exceptional post-sales operations and customer experience!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise post-sales operations, including monitoring team KPIs and administrative processes.
- Maintain regular communication with Store Manager to align on post-sales goals and performance objectives.
- Provide professional advice to clients regarding dress alterations, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure quality control of dresses within set deadlines.
- Manage and optimize team schedules based on business needs.
- Deliver internal communications effectively to the alterations team.
- Support the Store Manager in training the team effectively.
