JCW is partnering with a multi-billion dollar AUM Credit Union that's looking to expand their presence in the Hampton Roads metro market. In this role, you'd be sourcing Commercial deals $500K+ in size while stepping into a mentorship position for junior Loan Officers. Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and existing connections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand existing relationships and acquire new clients.
- Mentor and support junior Commercial Loan Officers.
- Lead underwriting and approval processes for conventional and SBA loans, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
- Partner with Credit Analysts to prepare accurate credit memos and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of commercial loan origination experience.
- Experience in underwriting and credit analysis of commercial loans.
- Proven ability to cross-sell financial products.
