What You'll Do: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed in this position. They are not intended to prescribe or restrict management's assignments.
- Bring a strong understanding of design and construction in the elevator industry to provide clients with constructive and relevant consultancy
- Learn about and market multiple disciplines in the Lerch Bates repertoire
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Build a network of current and potential clients
- Utilize strong technical writing skills to develop reports for clients
- Manage multiple projects at one time from start to finish
- Perform market and competitor research to stay on top of the latest industry trends and developments
What You'll Bring: - 10+ years of elevator industry or design and construction experience;
- An ability to perform mathematical calculations frequently used in our industry
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher is strongly preferred
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office platforms
- Experience using relevant software for the industry
