This team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to users of a digital credit card product. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for client service and a strong understanding of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and document interactions thoroughly.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately, including those requiring risk assessment or exception handling.
- Stay current with product updates and integrate new information into customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability, including availability for weekends and holidays.
- Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers using plain language.
- Embrace feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Manage multiple tasks and systems during live interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or financial services environment.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Intermediate proficiency with computers and modern technology platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new information and changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Associate Degree or higher.
- Familiarity with digital financial products or crypto-related services is a plus.
