Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Technician with 4–15 years of experience in Pharma/ Bio Industry to perform routine and advanced maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine and non-routine maintenance using CMMS
- HVAC/Electrical or Trade License preferred
- Universal CFC/ EPA Certification required
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Knowledge of facilities systems, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Mentor junior team members and manage external contractors
- Maintain accurate equipment records and preventative maintenance schedules
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
