The Bolton Group is partnering up with a company that has experienced tremendous growth over recent years, as they add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team.
The Financial Analyst can look forward to advancing in this strategic role that will allow strong visibility to Leaders and the CFO.
$100-125K base + bonus. Hybrid Schedule....onsite Monday-Thursday, periodic Fridays.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the annual budget cycle, monthly forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
- Create dynamic financial models in Excel and prepare presentations
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Consistently identify ways to automate and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2-5 years' of FP&A experience with annual budgeting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a Financial Reporting system
- Experience preparing presentations for leaders is preferred
