Senior Full Stack Engineer – Java, Kotlin, React & MongoDB
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract | 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $60 – $82/hr W2 with benefits available

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, high-performance software that drives real business results. You’ll join a collaborative, agile engineering team developing full-stack solutions using Kotlin, ReactJS, and MongoDB . This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering production-ready code and solving complex technical challenges from end to end.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and test code that aligns with business strategy and user needs
- Build scalable APIs and responsive front-end features across Java/Kotlin and React stacks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver new features quickly
- Participate in story sizing, sprint planning, and test-driven development
- Write and maintain unit tests, automated scripts, and other quality gates
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve reliability and performance
- Ensure code and design documentation meet team standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, ReactJS , and experience with MongoDB NoSQL databases
- Proven background in test-driven development and agile software delivery
- Solid understanding of the full software lifecycle — design through deployment
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
