Embark on our epic adventure as our Senior Product Designer!
A Product Designer will focus on the design of the Moralis Admin & Moralis Money creation process and user experience. You will get experience in championing features through the design process across teams, shaping new features, discovering and defining problems, and then empathically designing solutions for them. You will develop, document, and support the product design pipeline and practices used by the production teams on the project.
Based on your skill sets and interests, you will also have the opportunity to explore further career paths as part of your career progression and development within Moralis.
Proactively work as a part of the product and design team, collaborating cross-team with developers and project manager to create the best user experience.
Create appropriate design elements for your team, user journey maps, flow diagrams, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity shippable assets for Moralis Products.
Communicate your data-informed vision and design to stakeholders
Ensure experiential quality and consistency and offer support to developers and fellow designers whenever necessary.
Get hands-on, to modify and refine user experiences, towards realizing a better product.
Have a self-improvement mindset, understanding an iterative design process with a clear end goal in mind.
Be prepared to shift quickly towards other types of design work (print, illustration) whenever necessary with an open and creative approach.
At least 4 years of relevant product design experience
Experience creating platform-oriented user experiences, working closely with product, engineering, and even customers
Experience in visual design and interaction
Skilled in wireframing and rapid prototyping
Experienced in contributing to and maintaining a design system
Skilled in creating and communicating user flows and UI elements
Experience with Figma
A kick-ass aesthetic sense <3
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Crypto user experience
7+ years of relevant experience
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience developing using HTML and CSS
1 or more years of consulting experience
Experience with Branding and Marketing
