Spectrum Search Group is working with a top real estate company adding a new Senior Property Manager candidate to join its group.

This person will handle the following:

• Analyze property metrics, budgets, and variances for expenses and other costs
• Respond to tenant requests, vendor orders, and lease obligations
• Negotiate with outside vendors, review leases, and understand the bigger picture of properties
• Work with accounting group for CAM expenses and involved in system updates as needed
• Use Yardi and Excel
• Special projects and reporting
• Dependable and focused on being a strong asset to the team

This should be someone with relevant experience from a real estate company focused on retail or commercial properties.

For the right candidate, this role could pay $100k-$110k + 10-15% bonus + 10-15% stock-based comp.
