Job Posting: Senior Salesforce Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Work Set up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Long term Contract
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Analyst to support Salesforce environments, system administration, data integrations, and troubleshooting across complex applications. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
Role Overview
The Systems Analyst will work as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator responsible for supporting multiple orgs, performing system analysis, managing integrations, maintaining data quality, and contributing to enhancements within the SDLC. The role includes production support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates must have the following:
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator , including managing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce orgs.
- 7+ years experience with SDLC , coding standards, change control, version management, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Flosum) .
- 7+ years of experience with data migrations , data quality, system integrations, 3rd-party applications, and AppExchange products.
- 7+ years experience troubleshooting and resolving complex system software/hardware issues and recommending technology solutions.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years with authentication protocols (OAuth) and core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience ( Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC ).
- 2+ years experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, Jitterbit .
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) .
- Hands-on knowledge of no-code Salesforce configurations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
