SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

$150,000-$170,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

THE ROLE:

As the Staff Bioinformatics Scientist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing analytical support for immune profiling projects
• Building and enhancing software features
• Developing optimal data visualization strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

The successful Staff Bioinformatics Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, etc.
• Industry experience analyzing TCR/BCR sequencing datasets
• Expertise in Python and R
• ONT long-read sequencing analysis highly desirable
• Nextflow experience highly desirable
