- Design Artifacts : personas, journey maps, scenarios, user flows, storyboards, sketches, wireframes
- Want candidates who are comfortable in front of clients. Strong professional presence and can contribute to the engagement discussion
- Conceptual design. Creating rapid prototypes for engagements (2-3 weeks from workshop to prototype delivery)
- Must be comfortable in conceptual space and working through ambiguity
