Focus Cloud is excited to partner with a Leading Workday Healthcare & Higher Education Consultancy to bring you a fantastic remote opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager or Senior Manager with Workday expertise.

Our client who are extremely well established continues to invest in its people and technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to join a high-performing team with an exciting project roadmap ahead.

We’re seeking a Workday-savvy Payroll leader with a strong background in Payroll configuration & delivering WD Payroll implementation projects . Broader Workday experience is highly valued, and you’ll get the opportunity to work with various modules across the HCM suite.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
• Proven ability to configure and optimize Workday Payroll functionality
• Strong leadership skills , with the ability to manage stakeholders and mentor team members
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
• Active Workday certifications & Consulting experience

The Details:

• Location: Remote – open to candidates across the US and Canada
• Level: Manager or Senior Manager , depending on experience
• Start Date: Immediate – this is a priority hire!
