We're looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. If you have experience in ServiceNow implementation, gathering requirements, and optimizing workflows, we want to hear from you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs
• Design and optimize ServiceNow workflows and processes
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
